We have been informed by UPS which is our partner for delivering parcels to the UK, that they experience an overflow in the volume to the UK. There is a backlog of parcels right now.
UPS assures that they put extra resources and hours to resolve it as soon as possible. However, please be aware that a few days’ delays are possible. In some cases, the parcels are delayed for about a week.
