Shipping to the UK is temporarily on hold

Dear UK customers,

Unfortunately, we have to hold shipping to the UK until the end of February 2021.

The situation with the parcels is not improving. Many parcels are waiting for permission to be transported to the UK. In the meanwhile, many are laying in Eindhoven sorting center or in the trucks. All major shipping companies are now limiting the number of parcels to the UK due to a lack of capacity for importing centers. The current estimated timeframe is 2-3 weeks but it might be extended. There is also a higher risk of damaging the content.

After consulting with our shipping partner the decision is made to hold shipping until the end of the month.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We keep monitoring the situation. As soon as the parcel handling is improved we will start shipping again. We are considering opening pre-orders for UK customers.
