This post is mainly about orders with Gladiator EVO product line.
We have received and shipped most of orders placed before the 12th of May. Some customers with earlier orders are still pending as we have lack of Left Handed variants.
It is way less than we expected and promised to your customers. We expected to fulfill orders placed not later than on the 25th of May but still awaiting the remaining part of the batch from FEDEX. We contact them daily but so far no concrete results since last week. I cannot promise that it will be delivered this week. Investigation is on-going.
Please be patient. We will order additional batch of EVO products as soon as possible to cover that gap.
But please accept additional delay due to that issue. That is a risk of pre-ordering nature of EVO product line. Hopefully we will get that in our warehouse soon and start selling it as usual, from the stock.
The new ETA will be communicated to each awaiting customer via email soon.
