The base plate is intended to be used with Gunfighter series flightsticks as a replacement for standard (big) base plate if a smaller footprint is required.

Please, note that if Gunfighter flightstick is used with this base plate, it is less stable therefore it is recommended to mount the Gunfighter base to the surface using the mounting holes of the base plate.
