As you might know, VKB FSC Europe has never sold any returned items as new.
It means every single product we sell are brand new as it was packed on the factory.
However, our customers sometimes return items to us for whatever reasons. We have certain stock of the returned controllers which become available now.
We sell it with a discount now but every one is surely fully functional and complete.
We thoroughly test each controller, reset and re-calibrate to make sure there is no hidden issues. If any controller returned due to malfunctioning, it is never goes on sale as “open box” item. We might consider to sell them later as “refurbished” but it is not certain yet.
Indeed, standard 2 years warranty is applicable for all “open box” items.
Currently we offer different variants of Gladiator NXT EVO but it will be more products on sale as “open box” items.
